Shocking Fun
|
Our intent is that every game we sell finds a happy home with many many hours of Shocking Fun use. We know that we can not always make everyone's day fun so we have the return policy as stated below:- We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained by calling email at sales@shockingfun.com
- If your item is defective please notify us within two days of delivery of the defect. We will upon return of the package to our shipping center replace or refund (if none are available) at our option the defective unit. Please note games that are abused or not played in their intended manner are not subject to this return policy. Please be sure the person you are shocking will not destroy your game or toy in anger to the shock, trust us we have seen it happen.
- Please note we cannot accept returns due to damaged remotes of the Shocking Tanks. There is a wrist strap included with the remote, please be sure to use it as otherwise when you are shocked you most likely drop the remote and break the controller. We can not be responsible for such damage due to negligent use.

If you simply do not like the item please notify us within seven days of receipt of the delivery. Please note only unopened games in a sealed package are available to be returned and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Your order will be credited when the item is returned to us postage paid with a valid RA number. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Orders returned without a valid RA number will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
