Unlike Lighting Reaction where the fastest player could avoid being shocked, Shocking Duel sets out to test the pain threshold of every person who dares to play it. You may remember this game from an old James Bond movie. Well, here it is brought to real life for your home amusment.
The game play is frighteningly simple. Designed for two players; each player grabs a handle and the game begins. Immediately you receive a small but unnerving shock, providing you still have a grip on your handle the game continues.
After five shocks at the same level things start to get interesting. The level of shock intensifies and the second stage of the game begins. If you didn't want to let go before, you will now. After five more shocks at this new, more intense level the shock will increase again. The game continues until one player gives up and releases their grip. The contestant that lets go of their handle first is the loser, the electric shock will stop and the base of loser handle will flash red. Shocking Duel is a true test of bravery and mental endurance which is bound to provide a few giggles for spectators as well.
