| This new game from the Shockaholics line is sure to simply shock you. What will they think of next? Laser Shock comes in a box with 2 guns connected to 2 breastplates. Each player uses the straps to fasten their breastplate ( adjustable ) to their chest, then activates their gun by pressing the reset button and pointing the gun at their opponents breastplate. This will cause the lights on the breastplate to light up indicating that they have six lives'. Once both players have done this they are ready to battle. Each player can choose between two intensity levels of electric shock. If you choose to go for the lower level of shock it won't buzz as much when you take a direct hit, ( this happens when your opponents shot hits your breast plate ), but when you shoot your opponent you will only knock off one of their lives. If you choose the higher level setting then the shock of a direct hit will be more fierce but because you're prepared to take a greater risk you will knock out two of your opponent's lives every time you're on target. Each gun is equipped with 5 bullets - once you've used all your bullets you have to reload which you do by cocking the gun. You then have to wait 5 seconds for your bullets to be activated, so remember to take cover! Now here's the icing on the cake, the sound effects are fantastic! When you shoot your weapon, Laser Shock makes the kind of noise you'd expect to hear from a laser gun. It does it when you reload, run out of bullets or take a hit as well, ( there's also a red light on your breastplate which lights up when you take a hit ). It really couldn't get much better! You'll be ducking and diving all over the place trying to make sure that you don't get fried. If you would like to play multi player you can do that as well. Each set includes a #1 and a #2 gun. If you play multi player you will need to form teams and have the #1 team against the #2 team. You can add as many guns as you would like to this setup as long as you have a #1 team and a #2 team. Requires 6 * AAA batteries ( demo batteries Included ). Batteries are included for demonstration purposes. The manufacturer cannot guarantee the life expectancy of these batteries, so it's worth getting a decent set. These games take 6 AAA batteries and are available for sale here.
